Ok, so this cat over at the Jeffersonian made some good suggestions to us about Where In The World Is Lamar Smith and we're off to do some investigating today. We'll post (that's what they call it in bloggerdom, yes?) what we find, hopefully later today, maybe Monday. But here's a question: what if no one sees it? The media needs to be informed. Or maybe they are informed and just don't want to tell us, the voters.

We'll find out for you, dear readers. And we'll send an email to Lamar, how's that sound?

Check 'em out if you get the chance. They are worth your time. And also check out Off the Kuff, place seems like a pretty serious Texas blog, from a guy outta the Big H.

Calling All Texas District 21 Journalists

Who will be the first to report about where exactly Lamar Smith lives?

Is his 1040 public knowledge? If so, where can we find it? If not, why?

Where does Lamar Smith spend most of his time? In the district? In Washington, DC or somewhere else? Cape Cod maybe?

And when was the last time he actually visited his district?
